Can I request for costing?
Yes. All you need to do is to send us your designs with the required specific measurements, give us a little time to confer with the technical team and we will be glad to send you the cost.

How will the order be negotiated and finalized?
We usually meet with our client personally in order to confirm designs, specifications and price. We also request for an official purchase order, if available. If not we will ask you to sign an agreement form to finalize and commence production.

If your location is not in the area of Luzon, Philippines, we can discuss the project via video call or email.

How many days will it take to deliver the item/s?
Deliverydates will be agreed on during the finalization of the sale.

How can I be sure I will get the design and specification I wanted?
Our sales and marketing team shall coordinate with you regularly to re-confirm your requirements. For customers not within Luzon, Philippines, we will send a picture of the product for confirmation prior to shipping.

Do you offer warranty?
Yes we do. The duration of the warranty shall depend on the material you prefer to be use for the product. This will also be discussed during the negotiation.

What is your payment policy?
We require 50% down payment of the mutually approved costing. The balanced shall be paid upon delivery of the item.
